We ask that you please provide us with 24 hours advance notice for all prescription refill requests. We will contact you through email or by phone when your pet’s prescription-refill is ready for pickup at the hospital.
Please keep in mind that for your pet’s safety and well-being, a veterinarian must approve all prescription refill requests. In some cases, we may need to see your pet in order to refill the medication.
